Ordering & Payment Methods

The ordering process is directly through Big Cartel and Paypal. Once you place your order you will be directed to Paypal to process your order. You may either use your Paypal account or there is an option to process your order through a credit card. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

All orders have $6 priority mail flat rate shipping. There are no 1-2 day shipping options available at this time. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday and usually ship within 24-48 hours after your payment is processed. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Shipping is through USPS. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may return items within 7 days of your delivery date. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of your delivery date. Please contact [email protected] for more info.

Jewelry & Accessories

• ~Shop Fresh Kinks~ items are costume jewelry so even though they are all great quality, they will tarnish over time. In order to preserve your jewelry, a clear, thin coating of nail polish can be applied to the jewelry.
  
• Sold out items will be restocked based on demand. Be sure to follow all social media pages to keep up on updates of restocking.
